Delivery and Returns information.


We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days, providing products are in stock. (allow 2 days once dispatch confirmation has been received) Personalised items may take a little longer. Standard delivery within Rep. of Ireland is just €5.99. In the event of a lightweight item being purchased as a sole order, we have added free shipping (ROI) where applicable.
International deliveries may take up to 10 working days (UK) 15-20 days rest of the world.

Should delays occur obtaining stocks you can contact us should you wish not to persist with your oder/s. If you have any difficulty with  placing your orders, please contact us here for assistance. 




Damaged Faulty Products.
Please contact us — include your order reference number and full name within 3 days of the receipt of the goods and all claims must be approved prior to the return of the product, along with a copy of the invoice.

Please also include an image of the item showing the damage. Once verified, we can then work with you on a suitable resolution. However, the management of reserve the right to refuse to refund should you change your mind. Any postage costs incurred as a result of a return will be met by the customer., is not responsible for, nor does it give any warranty in respect of any materials, or other supplies which give rise to: Any adverse effect on any person due to allergy or intolerant reaction arising from that person’s use of any materials or wearables i.e t-shirts, Items ordered in an incorrect size i.e. t-shirts will not be refunded. For hygienic reasons, no refund can be given on T-Shirts or any article which can be worn. No refund will be given on Seasonal Products after the end of that particular season.



WASHING / CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS Personalised T-shirts both for adults, teddy bears and cushion covers (including inserts) should be washed at no more than 40 degrees Rock slates should only be gently wiped with warm water and a mild soap detergent i.e washing up liquid, this would also apply to ALL surfaces which have print, i.e glass items, wood etc (no abrasive cleaners should be used)



PAYMENTS – Credit card payment of goods will be processed at the time of ordering online. If a customer places a phone order, goods will be charged to the credit card plus the delivery charge, before the goods are dispatched.
