Engraved Wood

Our engraved wood products are ideal for engraving photos and messages. These boards are easy to hang only needing self-adhesive 3M fixings, (supplied) easy to take down and move to a different place should you decide to. They make unique gifts for any occasion for the home, office, shop, garage and even a shed. Rectangular sizes can be used in landscape or portrait form, sizes would be reversed.

Due to the process of burning wood for engraving please be advised end product shades will vary. Some photos / text may need a stronger burn so images will be darker or lighter.

This is especially the case if you want to use a photo with a detailed background. In some cases, we can remove the background of the photo to give a cleaner image. This removes any distractions and keeps the image clearer with the clean wood behind the main element of the image. This also gives the effect of ‘depth’ and gives context to the image so it almost pops out from the wood.

Customers are advised to notify us of their preference on this (ie) if you prefer the full picture including the background or, do you prefer to have the background removed? We can often make that choice for you after viewing the images you send. IMPORTANT: Depending on the image sizes sent in, in some cases images may have to be cropped and/or turned from landscape to portrait or vice versa. All our Wood products are suitable for all dry areas.
